Bok Choy Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

- 2 heads of bok choy, cleaned and chopped

- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 2 tablespoons sesame oil

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

- 2 spring onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

2. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Add chopped bok choy to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the leaves start to wilt.

4. Pour soy sauce over the bok choy and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the stems are tender but still crisp.

5. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the stir-fried bok choy and toss to combine.

6. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped spring onions.
