A theme park is a place where families can have some quality time with each other.




Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana famous for its pearls and biriyani has so much to offer.

The city was formerly known as "Baghnagar"- the city og gardens and later came to be known as "Hyderabad"- Lion City.

It is one of the safest cities in India and has all the big tech companies spread across the region.


Apart from large shopping malls, beautiful gardens and the numerous biriyani centers, you are sure to be amazed by the wonderful theme parks the city definitely boasts about.


Theme Parks and Amusement Parks in Hyderabad


  1. Ramoji Film Studios -

The world's largest studio by Guinness World Record is the only theme park in India that is created in cine style. With a full-sized theme park for kids called the Eureka, this attraction has a large carousel, kiddie trains, bumpy car rides etc. Moving on, we have the film sets that were used to shoot movie scenes in movies.


In Ramoji, you will also find beautiful gardens and a bird and butterfly park that are sure to entertain the kids.



Timings : 9 am to 5.30 pm

Entrance fee : Depends on the package chosen.


2. Wonderla


The Wonderla amusement park is operated by Wonderla Holidays Limited the number one theme park operators in India.

Land and water rides are all open to visitors of all ages. More than 40 rides will test your nerves.

Children will enjoy the Flying Jumbo, Carousel, Pirate Ship, and Coco Cup rides. Colorful and eye-catchy these rides are sure to make the little ones happy.

families can cool off with the numerous water rides!

It is the ideal weekend escape from the monotony of the weekdays.

3. Snow World

Why dream about going to Switzerland when you can have a snowball fight or make a snow angel here in Hyderabad?


A must-visit place for a fun family time. The snow world offers many games. To quote a few ice skating, snow ball games and snow rides.

There is a separate area allocated just for kids where they can enjoy to the fullest.


Warm clothing is provided by the management. From gloves to jackets to boots. You could wear thick layers just to bear the cold temperatures inside.

350 INR for students above class 10th


4. Jalavihar WaterPark

Situated in between Secunderabad and Hyderabad, this water park has ultimate fun rides for both adults and kids.


Water rides are a highlight of this park. Land rides also are a great attraction in this park.

Frog hoppers, bumper cars, and kiddie trains are rides designed specifically for children.

A favorite hangout among the locals... It sure won't disappoint you!

5. Wild Waters - Amusement & Water Theme Park


The water park offers a wide range of attractions. Besides water rides, there are other fun things to do at the park, including trampolines, rock climbing, archery, and surf riding.

Water rides include tunnel slides, pools and splash play rides.

Kids will love spending their time here.
